Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Information

At Takarae, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery of high-quality supplies for your sushi restaurant.

Our delivery operations are divided between our own local fleet and third-party logistics partners to ensure your products arrive in optimal condition.

Local Delivery Area (Orlando Region)

Coverage: Within the greater Orlando metropolitan area.

Schedule: Monday through Saturday.

Cost: Complimentary delivery (Free Shipping) for our B2B partners in this region.

Order Cut-Off: Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM for next-day delivery.

Extended Florida Regions (Scheduled Deliveries)

For regions outside of Orlando, we operate on a specific weekly schedule to ensure efficiency:

Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Hollywood:  Deliveries are scheduled every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota: Deliveries are scheduled every Thursday and Friday.

Other Regions: Please contact us directly for specific delivery windows in your area.

Shipping Costs & Logistics (Updated)

Local Delivery Area (Orlando): Complimentary delivery (Free Shipping) for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Extended Regions (Miami, Tampa, and others):

Orders over $500.00: You are eligible for Free Shipping.

Orders under $500.00: Shipping fees will be applied based on the rates provided by our logistics partners. These costs will be calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Third-Party Logistics:

Deliveries handled by our logistics partners will incur shipping fees unless the $500.00 minimum threshold is met. These fees are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

Delivery Terms

Inspection: Customers must inspect all items upon delivery.

As stated in our Warranty Policy, any discrepancies or issues must be reported within 24 hours.

Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is accessible to our vehicles during the scheduled window.
