Due to the nature of our products (including raw materials and food-grade supplies), all sales are final.
Resolving Issues:
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact our support team immediately at support@takarae.com or by WhatsApp.
We do not offer generic automated refunds; instead, we work directly with our B2B partners to resolve any discrepancies through credits, replacements, or specific arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty Policy
All products and raw materials supplied by Takarae are provided “as is” and “as available” for commercial use by food service establishments.
While we strive to source only the highest quality products, Takarae makes no express warranties beyond the descriptions provided at the time of sale.
Any claims regarding product specifications, quality, or defects must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
